Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a 12-person team focused on a defined market segment. You will become an expert in your clients’ businesses, develop quotes, generate proposals, and manage accounts to grow sales.

Limited travel, quarterly average, and opportunities for professional growth are highlighted. The role emphasizes collaboration with field and territory sales, strong communication, and a track record in customer-facing technical roles.

Formación

• Requires a BS in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering and a proven track record of customer-facing work.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to call on prospects and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer needs.
• Be an account manager to grow sales and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to increase sales and growth; 75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business.
• Manage projects through the sales cycle across departments.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter.
