Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, sales operations, or technical customer service.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage & qualify inbound opportunities: be the first contact for new technical inquiries and hand off high-value leads to field Sales Engineers.
• Rapid quote delivery: generate and deliver accurate custom hardware/software quotes and proposals.
• Maintain pipeline integrity: log key account updates and maintain reliable CRM records.
• Proactive outreach & account expansion: identify needs and support campaign outreach.
• Partner with Field Teams: collaborate with District Sales Managers to streamline deal logistics and growth.
