Job summary

DEWESoft USA in Whitehouse, OH is seeking a hands-on Application Technician to join our engineering team. You will own the bench, staging multi-channel DAQ systems, wiring, testing, and supporting internal sales with lab demonstrations.

The role emphasizes preparation of hardware and software, debugging complex electrical setups, and creating clear how-to guides while working at our state-of-the-art HQ.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bench skills with meters, scopes, signal generators and soldering.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams for complex systems.
• Knowledge of DAQ hardware concepts and sensor basics desirable.

Responsibilities

• System staging, lab integration of multi-channel DAQ systems.
• Provide internal and client technical support via phone, email, remote sessions.
• Run in-house demos and proofs-of-concept in Whitehouse lab.
• Author technical content, how-to guides and wiring diagrams.
• Test hardware and software, give product feedback to development.
