Job summary

DEWESoft USA in Whitehouse, OH is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Coordinator to serve as the essential bridge between incoming customer inquiries, our district sales managers, and our CRM database—ensuring leads transform into lasting technical partnerships for DEWESoft's data acquisition products.

Your mission is to drive sales operations and customer impact: manage and qualify inbound opportunities, rapidly generate and deliver accurate quotes and proposals, and maintain pipeline integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, sales operations, or technical customer service.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
• HS Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound opportunities.
• Rapid quote delivery: generate and deliver accurate quotes and proposals.
• Maintain pipeline integrity by logging updates and stages in the CRM.
• Proactive outreach to identify needs and support campaign outreach.
• Partner with District Sales Managers to streamline deal logistics and growth.
