Job summary

Flywire is seeking a self-motivated Technical Implementation Manager to carry out integration and implementation activities that bring value to our clients and partners. This individual will support our North America Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure onboarding excellence.

As the SME for Flywire Integrations, you will guide clients through discovery, portal configuration, integration, testing and go-live stages for Flywire products, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to

Qualifications

4+ years in Technical Support, Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services or equivalent.
Experience with system integrations and APIs or JavaScript libraries.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Guide clients through Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go live stages for Flywire products.
Consult clients on how to implement Flywire’s platform products including APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments solutions.
Lead multiple client implementation projects ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Run workshops and client syncs as projects progress.
Provide post-implementation/Hyper-care support and ensure smooth customer experience.
