Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technical Support, Consulting, Implementation or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a bonus.
• Experience with system integrations and various project methodologies.
• Strong client-facing and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience implementing and configuring software, preferably payment software.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through Discovery, Portal configuration, Integration, Testing and Go-live stages.
• Consult on APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments solutions.
• Lead multiple client implementation projects to ensure successful execution.
• Run workshops and client syncs, matching products to client needs.
• Develop and maintain product documentation with Product teams.
