Job summary

Flywire seeks a Technical Implementation Manager to guide client integrations of our payments platform and support Go‑Live across North America. You will ensure onboarding excellence by guiding discovery, configuration, integration, testing and go‑live for client projects.

As a subject matter expert, you will lead workshops, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning technologies to client needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical support, consulting, implementation or professional services.
• Experience implementing and configuring software, preferably payment platforms.
• Knowledge of Higher Education ERP systems or related software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client implementation projects end-to-end.
• Run workshops and client syncs through discovery, configuration, integration, testing and go-live.
• Provide SME guidance to ensure successful execution and adoption.
• Match products and integrations to client needs and document processes with product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation tools, methods and practices.
