Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Representative to support vehicle programming IT systems. You will diagnose and resolve less complex issues, document steps, and escalate more complex problems as needed.

The role may require first and second shifts and occasional Saturday hours. Candidates should have a IT-focused degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service, and solid LAN/WAN knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in business processes transactions.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and diagnostics.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute business process transactions.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers.
• Assist in process improvement projects and data analysis.
• Support the team in identifying bottlenecks and maintaining quality.
• Update and document process procedures.
