Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 0-2 years exp, or HS with 8 years exp.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to document technical issues accurately.
• Must pass CompTIA Network+ within 90 days of hire.
