Job summary
DXC Technology Inc. in Michigan is seeking a technical product support specialist to assist Cummins client with heavy-duty truck components. You will troubleshoot over the phone and email, adjudicate warranties, and provide exceptional customer service to client contacts and field operations across North America.

Qualifications
- Must have strong customer service skills and experience handling calls and emails.
- Automotive knowledge in heavy-duty truck components; ability to troubleshoot mechanically and electrically.
- Computer proficiency with good typing skills; capable of documenting interactions clearly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting over phone and email for Cummins client.
- Handle warranty adjudication and processing of warranty claims.
- Deliver product and customer support for heavy truck systems across NA.
- Communicate diagnostic information clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Receive training on all products and software used daily.
