Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead our field engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. The role emphasizes reliability for mission-critical public safety audio recording and 24/7 operations.

You will set KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and coordinate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors to align timelines and site readiness. Travel up to 20-30% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical management leading support and/or field deployment teams.
• Public safety or NG911 experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage remote and on-site multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Plan and oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and cutovers.
• Establish KPIs for response times, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors.
