Job summary

ICM Solutions LLC in Arizona seeks a Product Support Sales Representative to drive sales of crushing and heavy equipment services. You will consult customers on technical support and product management to maximize ROI and equipment performance.

Responsibilities include presenting products, performing needs analyses, cold outreach, and achieving targets, with travel for on-site customer support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative; crushing/aggregates, mining or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proactive and motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet objectives.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets within schedule and time frame.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and departments.
• Analyze territory potential and deliver status reports.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competition.
