Job summary

ICM Solutions, a leader in crushing, underground mining rebuilds, and white paving equipment in the Mountain West, seeks a Customer Experience Specialist for our Parts Counter Team at our Phoenix branch. You’ll be the primary contact for parts and service support, ensuring uptime for contractors and quarry operations.

This on-site role requires working in the office Monday through Friday. You will quote parts, manage orders from quote to delivery, and coordinate with the service team to keep

Qualifications

• Experience in parts counter sales or parts support for heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to research parts using schematics and OEM systems.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and quote heavy equipment parts using OEM and dealer systems.
• Create, manage, and follow through on customer orders from quote to delivery.
• Serve as front-line parts contact for phone, email, and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate with service department to schedule technicians and align parts availability.
• Manage backorder queues and returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized parts environment.
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution.
