Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Crushing Equipment to drive equipment and aftermarket sales by applying deep knowledge of crushing technology and mineral processing. You will work with mine sites, quarries, engineering firms, and OEM partners to deliver value-added solutions.

The role requires strong technical and commercial skills, ability to conduct site assessments, prepare proposals and tenders, and lead aftermarket service opportunities while traveling to customer operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5–10 years sales or application experience in crushing equipment.
• Experience with jaw, cone, gyratory crushing equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and deliver value-add crushing solutions.
• Identify and pursue new capital equipment and service opportunities.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess crushing circuits and bottlenecks.
• Prepare technical proposals, sizing calculations, and tender submissions.
• Support contract negotiations and aftersales opportunities.
