Lunova Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our team. You'll partner with building owners, property managers, architects, and contractors to identify elevator modernization opportunities and secure new business through strong relationship-building and solutions-based selling.

The role offers base salary of $75,000–$90,000 plus monthly commission, full benefits, and opportunities to manage high-visibility projects from opportunity through close.

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and develop solutions.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Build Relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Drive growth by identifying elevator modernization opportunities in existing and prospective accounts.
• Develop proposals with site visits, requirements assessment, bids, and modernization recommendations.
• Present solutions and guide customers through scope, pricing, contracts, and planning.
