Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Long-Term Disability claim management experience.
• Ability to interpret policy provisions and medical/vocational considerations.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert and trusted resource to the Team Lead and professionals on complex claims.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, medical/vocational considerations, and benefit eligibility.
• Coach and provide actionable feedback to improve claim quality and decision making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for targeted coaching and process improvement.
• Develop technical resources and training materials for the team.
