Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of Google Cloud-based customer engagement solutions for mid-market clients. You will design delivery approach, lead the execution with a dedicated engineering team, and ensure outcomes transform client engagement and experience.

You will work directly with clients, shape delivery from first conversation to go-live, and maintain a high standard of delivery quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years independently owning client engagements from design to go-live.
• 5+ years architecting/delivering on Google Cloud Platform with customer engagement solutions.
• 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery—scope, timeline, team, technology, quality, outcomes.
• Design how delivery gets executed; define plan, team structure, cadence, and sequences; partner with engineers on architecture.
• Provide technical advisory across engagements—guide client teams on offerings, implementation, and underlying Google Cloud services.
• Be the client's trusted delivery partner; lead status reviews, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly.
• Drive rapid delivery: stand up delivery, mobilize the team, and realize capabilities in weeks, not quarters.
• Lead across borders—coordinate onshore/offshore delivery leadership and remove blockers.
• Establish governance and track progress to ensure measurable client value.
