Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Technical Delivery Lead to own delivery from initial solution shaping through go-live for data and AI engagements on Google Cloud. You design execution approaches, lead implementations with offshore support, and ensure solutions upgrade how clients leverage data and automation.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, shape offshore-onshore collaboration, and drive rapid value delivery with governance and risk management. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles and delivery.
• 7+ years experience independently owned client engagements from design through go-live.
• 3+ years Google Cloud Platform with data, analytics, AI/ML expertise.
• 3+ years experience with BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow and data pipelines.
• 1+ years experience with agentic AI patterns — orchestration, tool use, RAG.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, timeline, team structure, quality, and outcomes.
• Design delivery approach for complex data & AI engagements; define plan and teams.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings and Google Cloud services.
• Lead client engagements, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Mobilize teams across onshore/offshore to ship capabilities in weeks.
• Set priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across delivery.
• Establish governance, track progress, and ensure measurable client value.
