Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement customs brokerage training across National Service Center and regional teams. You will design technical curricula, assess program effectiveness, and collaborate with leaders to identify regional training needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree or higher, and is working toward or has CCS certification. This role supports multiple U.S. locations from HomeOffice hubs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education
• Working towards or completion of CCS designation is a requirement, if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs to National Service Center and region employees including a small number of new hires.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training delivered and report back to the business and make changes where appropriate.
• Assist with the design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Work with business leaders to determine training needs.
