Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills in customs brokerage training for staff across National Service Center and Client Service Centers. You will partner with leadership to identify training needs, design programs, and measure impact to continuously improve performance.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, an associates degree (or higher), and ongoing CCS certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in training or operations.
• Associates degree preferred; higher education a plus.
• CCS certification progress is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Assess regional training needs with business leaders.
• Design and develop technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver training to National Service Center and regional staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support new hires during onboarding.
