Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills in customs brokerage for staff across National Service Center and regional offices. You will work with leaders to identify training needs, design programs, and measure effectiveness, ensuring alignment with Livingston's standards and policies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, an associate degree or higher preferred, and are progressing toward CCS certification with CSCB or NCBFAA.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Working towards or completion of CCS designation with CSCB or NCBFAA is a requirement for advancement

Responsibilities

• Determine training needs with business leaders.
• Use metrics to identify regional training requirements.
• Assist design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training to National Service Center and regional staff including new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings to management.
• Perform related duties and adhere to policies and procedures.
