Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in customs brokerage or similar.
• Working towards CCS designation or CCS/NCBFAA certification is preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver technical training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs to National Service Center and regional staff.
• Design and develop technical training programs and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings to management.
• Work with business leaders to determine training needs and priorities.
