Livingston International is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and implement technical customs brokerage training for staff across National Service Center and regional teams. You will design programs, assess effectiveness, and adapt content to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in customs brokerage training, an associates degree or higher, and a commitment to pursuing CCS certification through CSCB/NCBFAA.

Qualificações

• 3 years of related experience.
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred.
• Willingness to pursue CCS designation (CCS) with CSCB/NCBFAA; CCS exam completion required for advancement.
• Able to adapt to new tools and train others.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training programs on customs brokerage topics to staff in National Service Center and regional teams.
• Assist with designing and developing technical training programs and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings to management; implement changes as needed.
• Identify regional training needs with business leaders and translate into effective programs.
• Ensure adherence to Livingston policies and procedures.
