Job summary

The incumbent collaborates with leadership, uses metrics to shape training, and contributes to continuous learning. A CCS progression path is encouraged, with a competitive compensation plan and a transparent pay structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in training or staff development.
• Experience with customs brokerage systems is a plus.
• Working towards CCS designation with CSCB or NCBFAA is preferred and CCS exam is a path for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement technical skills training for staff at National Service Center and Client Service Centers.
• Assess regional training needs with business leaders and prioritize programs.
• Develop technical training materials and job aids; measure training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Deliver training to new hires and existing staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
