Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills focused on customs brokerage training for staff across National Service Center and regional teams. Reporting to the Senior Director/Manager, National Service Delivery, you will shape training curricula, design job aids, and measure impact.

You will collaborate with business leaders to identify needs, use metrics to justify programs, and deliver training to new hires and experienced staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in training or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of customs brokerage systems.
• Ability to design and deliver technical training materials.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business leaders to determine individual training needs.
• Proactively use business metrics to determine training needs for their region of responsibility.
• Assist with the design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training programs to National Service Center and region employees including a small number of new hires.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training delivered and report back to the business and make changes where appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
