Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trainer to deliver and implement technical skills in customs brokerage training for staff across National Service Center and regional teams. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and develop effective programs, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, an associates degree, and are pursuing CCS certification (CSCB/NCBFAA).

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• Working towards CCS designation or CSCB/NCBFAA is a requirement, if not already obtained.
• CCS examination completion is mandatory for advancement

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to determine training needs.
• Proactively use metrics to determine regional training needs.
• Assist with design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training to National Service Center and regional employees, including new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report back with improvements.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
