• Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone, email, web chat, and vendor support portals.
• Diagnose technical concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
• Distinguish between product defects, quality concerns, and user-related issues.
• Provide professional technical support and guide customers through troubleshooting.
• Educate users on product features, procedures, service manuals, and schematic diagrams.
• Respond promptly to support requests, recommend additional solutions when appropriate, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
