Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service by processing orders, quoting, and answering product questions. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and engineering to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate information for customers.

You will build relationships, support returns, and drive repeat sales through proactive follow-up while maintaining CRM records and product knowledge across motors, drives, and power transmission products.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• BA/BS preferred; technical or vocational training a plus.
• 3+ years of customer service or inside sales in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial electric motors, drives, or mechanical power transmission products preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to interpret product specifications and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, back orders, and RMAs accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with product availability, order status, pricing, and delivery information.
• Assist customers in selecting motors and related products by interpreting specs and data.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and engineering to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and follow-up.
• Support warranty claims and returns per company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Develop strong product knowledge of Elektrim's offerings and industry solutions.
• Increase account penetration by calling on existing customers with promos.
• Engage prospects and customers to close conversations and generate repeat sales.
