Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE seeks a detail-oriented technical sales assistant to support customers and associates, generating quotes and processing orders in CRM and SAP/Configurator. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure timely releases and accurate pricing, while upholding ISO quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and understand basics of power transmission equipment, catalog information, and meet customer needs.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment while following instructions.
• Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize workload for timely completion with professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on customer information.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, push/pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator using serial/sales order numbers provided by customers.
• Enter orders in CRM per customer Purchase Order or Referenced Quotation and verify accuracy (account, price, quantity, shipping method, ship-to address, specifications).
• Utilize CRM to enter 2.5 lines per hour as quotes or sales orders.
• Achieve +60% availability to address calls and answer +90% of calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to release orders, expedite parts, and meet customer requirements.
• Comply with ISO Quality and Work Instructions, safety rules, and company policies.
