What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide continuous support throughout their subscription
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customer stakeholders and channel partners
- Identify customer risks and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to clients to enhance their use of the Ordr platform
- Track and report on customer health, project status, and progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Experience in a B2B SaaS organization with a strong understanding of security concepts
- Strong technical knowledge of switches, routers, and related technologies (CCNA preferred)
- Familiarity with Linux, VMWare ESXi, firewalls, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Success Management (CSM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of 802.1x/NAC and vulnerability management
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for ensuring their success
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
