Customer Success Manager (Project Management)
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Success Manager.
Reporting to the VP, Product Line Strategy & Business Development, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for customer onboarding of strategic accounts, business intelligence reporting—including quote versus actual analysis and invoicing alignment—and active customer project updates for the critical power portfolio.
Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote): $97,700.00 USD - $134,300.00 USD annually. Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the candidate's geographical location.
