Customer Success Manager (Project Management)

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Success Manager.

Reporting to the VP, Product Line Strategy & Business Development, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for customer onboarding of strategic accounts, business intelligence reporting—including quote versus actual analysis and invoicing alignment—and active customer project updates for the critical power portfolio.

What a typical day looks like:
  1. Quote vs Actuals Analysis: Conduct financial analyses comparing quoted prices with actual costs to identify discrepancies and opportunities for cost optimization, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction through transparency in pricing.
  2. Business Intelligence Support: Provide data-driven insights by product and customer to contribute to project success and identify value-added opportunities.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Achieve customer service objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, preparing action plans, implementing standards, resolving problems, conducting audits, analyzing trends, and recommending system improvements.
  4. Customer Success Requirements: Maintain contact with customers, visit operational environments, conduct surveys, form focus groups, benchmark best practices, and analyze information to determine customer success needs.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Complete related results to support information systems and organizational missions as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills.

Additional Details

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote): $97,700.00 USD - $134,300.00 USD annually. Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the candidate's geographical location.
