Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager to help customers adopt our IoT platform, realize measurable business value, and renew and expand with confidence. You will collaborate across Sales, Support, Finance, Renewals, Sales Engineering, Customer Education and Product to guide top customers through complex deployments and ongoing optimization.

This remote role covers US-based customers (excluding specified regions) and emphasizes understanding customer operations, translating product

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical customer success, account management, sales, sales engineering or strategic consulting role
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
• Experience with technical products and driving customer value

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with the Samsara IoT platform.
• Explain platform capabilities to a variety of customers and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Demonstrate ability to learn, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Lead strategic customer engagements to understand operations and goals, and define timelines to deliver value.
• Conduct workshops and value check-ins for complex partnerships to drive feature and workflow changes.
• Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Support to drive customer initiatives.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and foster a growth-minded, inclusive team culture.
