Job summary

T2 Systems is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey across hardware, SaaS, and integrations. You will drive adoption, ROI, and renewal by partnering with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver measurable value.

Travel up to 25-50% is required; you will guide strategic customers, influence roadmaps, and mentor customers through deployments while leveraging CRM tools to track outcomes and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, enterprise solutions, or customer operations.
• Experience with hardware and SaaS services and customer infrastructure management.
