Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, process orders, and develop strong relationships with key contacts.

You will coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely order fulfillment, and responsive issue resolution. Ideal candidates have PCB industry familiarity, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Printed Wiring Board business or similar manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong English verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with blueprints, purchase orders, quotes to provide pricing and manage orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts across departments.
• Communicate with manufacturing and supervision to relay information to customers.
• Enter and manage quotations, RFQs and customer orders.
• Troubleshoot issues with urgency and coordinate with Production Control.
• Navigate Praxa and Customer Connect systems and participate in meetings.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements; participate in safety training.
