Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate, manage, and negotiate items such as price, delivery, quality, and responsiveness with internal and external customers.

The role focuses on handling requests for quotes, material planning, order entry, and RMA resolution to maximize customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• A&D experience and Oracle experience preferred.
• Printed circuit board manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software; proficient Internet use.
• Strong decision-making and ability to interpret instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to react quickly to solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Initiate quote process in internal quoting system.
• Enter Sales Order and coordinate with production control to meet lead times.
• Transmit order acknowledgement to customer.
• Maintain weekly forecast information.
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed and handle expedites.
• Travel to customer site on occasion.
• Work with accounting and buyers to resolve overdue payments.
