Qualifications

• Project a strong customer-service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Quote from drawings or information provided by customers to book orders.
• Establish and maintain standard pricing levels at quotation.
• Negotiate and follow up on sales quotations to secure orders.
• Address and communicate customer issues concerning manufacturability.
• Enter orders accurately into software and systems.
• Track orders from booking to release and manage backlog.
• Coordinate with front-end engineering to ensure timely releases.
• Communicate with manufacturing to resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Maintain customer contact information and meet daily goals.
• Generate reports on sales activities and objectives.
