Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate quotes, order entry, and production scheduling for PCB products. You will work with internal teams to meet lead times and customer expectations, while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communications.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Some travel for on-site reviews may be required.

Qualifications

• Printed circuit board manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Inside sales functions is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in spreadsheet and word processing software, and using the Internet.
• Decision making skills to match strategies with customer demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to manage in conflict situations to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, order entry and production scheduling.
• Transmit order acknowledgments and manage documentation.
• Forecast customer requirements and manage inventory alignment.
• Assist with invoicing, returns, and RMA processes as needed.
• Communicate updates to customers and resolve delivery/quality issues.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site reviews as needed.
