Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the Printed Wiring Board business is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel for data tracking and graphing.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn new computer software.
• Ability to sit at a computer for up to 10 hours daily.
• ITAR compliance: US Citizens or Permanent Residents required.
• Regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process pricing, enter new orders or changes from blueprints, PO, quotes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer contacts.
• Interact with manufacturing to relay information to the customer.
• Respond to RFQs and manage quotations.
• Enter, follow and manage customer orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency.
• Coordinate with Production Control for accurate information.
• Use Praxa and Customer Connect systems for data entry and quoting.
• Facilitate and attend meetings.
• Report accidents and safety concerns and follow PPE procedures.
