Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate with internal teams and external customers on quotes, orders, and deliveries.

You will manage price, delivery, quality, and responsiveness while driving timely responses to quotes, orders, and forecasting data. The role involves working with production control to meet requested lead times, handling returns with the quality team, and supporting ongoing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue

Qualifications

• A&D experience and Oracle experience preferred.
• PCB manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
• Inside sales knowledge beneficial.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing; internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Initiate quote process in internal system.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate with production control to meet lead times.
• Transmit order acknowledgments to customers and maintain docs.
• Forecast and schedule production based on customer forecasts.
• Manage returns with quality department and issue RMA numbers.
• Communicate updates to customers and resolve delivery/quality issues.
• Assist with pricing strategies and account management.
