Job summary

Crown is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to author and develop service content, including safety information, and to manage documentation projects in a global market. You will help implement and improve the CCMS, create style guides and templates, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate content that meets current standards.

Experts will build and maintain deep product knowledge, apply DITA/XML concepts, and use tools like Oxygen, InDesign, and Acrolinx to produce

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience in technical writing for a global market is a plus.
• Knowledge of DITA/XML content authoring and component content management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Author and develop service content, including safety information.
• Assist with CCMS development and provide ongoing feedback for improvements.
• Create and maintain style guides/templates adhering to current standards for a global market.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to build consensus throughout the content development process.
• Develop and maintain strong working and technical knowledge of company products and services; understand approved standards.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver quality content within project timelines.
