Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team in California. The successful candidate will craft user manuals, guides, and documentation to support our products and services, ensuring clarity and consistency.

You will collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing, develop and maintain documentation standards, and conduct interviews with subject-matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as STC or CPTC.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in help authoring tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.
