Qualifications

• 2-4 years' related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
• Associate degree in Technical Communications or related field is preferred
• Experience authoring technical content for a Global market is a plus

Responsibilities

• Author and develop service content, including safety information.
• Assist with the development and implementation of the Company content management system (CCMS) and provide ongoing feedback to make improvements
• Create and maintain style guides/templates that adhere to current standards and support use in a Global market
• Collaborate with multiple departments to build consensus throughout the content development process and the life of the product
• Develop and maintain a strong working and technical knowledge of company products and services and an understanding of company approved standards
• Work cross functionally to deliver quality content within project timelines
