Technical Service Representative - Coatings

Specialty Industrial Coatings company is seeking a Technical Service Representative to support OEM customers in the upper Midwest.

The position can be located in MN, WI, or IA.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to proactively solve problems and ensure quality.
• Provide training to customers' paint line production teams on best liquid spray practices.
• Assist customers with trials of new products, applications, and formulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Territory Account Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience; more experience is a plus.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the upper Midwest (WI, MN, IA, NE, KS).
• Prior experience as a Technical Service Representative or Chemist.
• Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
• Work from a home office with 50-60% overnight travel.
