The role requires at least five years in coatings, a verified portfolio of industry contacts, and an undergraduate science or engineering degree.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years of field technical experience in Automotive or Industrial Coatings.
• Portfolio of existing contacts within Automotive or Industrial Coatings, including major coatings companies.
• Undergraduate science or engineering degree or equivalent tenure in specialty chemicals industry.
• Customer focus with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven ability to drive sales and generate profits through technical orientation.

Aufgaben

• Drive profitable growth in Liquid Coatings market by establishing a strong technical presence with customers and influencers.
• Conduct market research, technical sales calls, training and identify opportunities in Automotive/Industrial Coatings.
• Maintain market knowledge and develop market segments with support from colleagues.
• Update CRM with sales activity, opportunities and status.
• Communicate market needs back to internal teams and pursue technical solutions.
• Support development and execution of EA Liquid Coatings Market Development plan.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry meetings, and assist with marketing surveys.
• Assist with product launches through coordination, training and external testing.
• Deliver customer presentations and demonstrations highlighting value-added benefits.
• Collaborate with Technical Marketing, Laboratory and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Work within budget and travel regularly (approximately 60% of time).
