Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced knowledge in engineering, material science, metallurgy, or mechanical engineering is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of driving industrial B2B sales success, ideally within engineered products, advanced coatings, surface technologies, or manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to interpret drawings, work scopes, blueprints, coating specifications, and equipment requirements to ensure precision and performance.
• Exceptional communicator and negotiator, skilled in building trust, managing accounts, and fostering long-term growth.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% to customer sites, manufacturing plants, coating facilities, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end account management for a diverse portfolio of industrial manufacturing customers.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through consultative technical selling.
• Collaborate with engineers, metallurgists, and operations teams to deliver engineered coating solutions.
• Own the commercial process: quotations, pricing strategies, proposals, and high-impact negotiations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to deliver market intelligence to leadership.
