Circuit Spring is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to expand our OEM electronics presence. You will identify opportunities for PCBA, box build, and electronic subassemblies, and build strategic relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations leaders.

You will lead initiatives to grow in military, medical, industrial, and defense sectors, working with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development and technical sales experience in EMS, PCB fabrication, PCBA, or related industries.
• Experience selling to OEM electronics, medical, aerospace, or defense markets.
• Strong understanding of PCB/PCBA processes and electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with OEMs needing PCBA and electronic subassemblies.
• Develop strategic sales initiatives focused on OEM electronics manufacturers and high-reliability industries.
• Build relationships with engineering teams, program managers, procurement, and executives.
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and align capabilities with needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, estimating, supply chain, and operations to create competitive solutions.
• Drive growth within military, medical, industrial controls, and OEM electronics markets.
