Job summary

Chelsea Search Group in Boston seeks a technically savvy Technical Business Development Manager for ASIC & Semiconductor. This role bridges engineering expertise with business growth, engaging customers across Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets to translate requirements into compelling technical and commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to evaluate customer needs, develop design approaches, and prepare resource and cost estimates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry; advanced degrees may reduce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals for opportunities.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
