Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking an experienced Technical Business Development Manager to bridge engineering and business development for custom and standard semiconductor products. You will work with Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical customers to translate technical challenges into compelling opportunities and develop solutions around Design Automation, FPGA, ASIC Design, and advanced Packaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years in the Semiconductor industry; leadership potential a plus.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term client relationships by interpreting requirements.
• Prepare technical and cost proposals for opportunities.
• Present how products meet client needs with clear demonstrations.
• Meet sales targets and coordinate related projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and education.
• Understand customer requirements and forecast realistic needs.
• Identify new clients and expand business with existing customers.
• Support marketing activities at trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with IC Design, Test, and Product teams; travel up to 30%.
