Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Technical Business Analyst IV to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements, system analysis, solution design, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce experience, hands-on SQL, API testing with Postman, and the ability to work with vendors and developers to deliver scalable CCaaS-enabled customer service solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements sessions, detailed system analysis, data flows, SDLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, CS, or Business.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Technical BA.
• Experience with Salesforce, preferably Service Cloud.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with CCaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform detailed system analysis to support solution design and testing.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers and testers.
• Analyze system integrations and data flows to assess impact of changes.
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate business rules, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
