Job summary

AAA Washington is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst III with Salesforce expertise to own and drive large, complex analysis initiatives that deliver technology solutions aligned to strategic business needs.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, shape solutions, mentor other analysts, and partner with IT leadership to ensure delivery across enterprise systems in a collaborative, results-focused environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5–7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role.
Salesforce experience required; Salesforce Field Service experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading requirements efforts and shaping solutions on complex initiatives.
Experience with enterprise business applications (ERP/CRM) and owning traceability of requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement with business stakeholders to understand strategic needs and align priorities.
Facilitate workshops and sessions to elicit, clarify, and confirm complex requirements.
Serve as liaison between business and IT leadership, influencing decisions across functions.
Analyze processes and system capabilities to evaluate options and shape solutions.
Own requirements quality, traceability, and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery activities for initiatives.
